The YSI Model in Hungary
YSI has developed a flagship program in Hungary under the name DIA, combining grassroots youth service pilots, high quality training and technical assistance, and youth service research and policy-making.

 
The East East Program
With the support of the Open Society Institute, YSI convened 50 key youth service stakeholders from Russia, Poland and Hungary at the European Youth Center - Budapest, producing a concrete action plan for developing a youth service network across Central and Eastern Europe.
 
Ecuador Service Project
Over two summers, students from Reed College (Oregon, USA), Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, and Universidad de San Francisco (Ecuador) have worked side-by-side on reforestation and sanitation projects in Sigchos, Ecuador, an indigenous community bordering the Amazon Basin.
